Parking before the ferry

You may take your rest break at the car park if you arrive early.

Arrive at the car park. Coordinates: 54.143071, 12.101275.

Go to the building shown in the photo.

Bring your passport and vehicle registration number.

Check-in

Check-in usually opens 4–5 hours before the ferry departure.

Enter the office. Two self-service computers are on the left. Select a language and enter your vehicle number.

Your booking will open automatically.

Select the cargo type and sender (photo 1), then scan your passport (photo 2).

Check the details, tick the acknowledgement and confirmation boxes, then press Next at the bottom (photo 3).

Collect your ticket from the printer; it is also your cabin key. For refrigerated cargo, ask the office staff for an electricity sign and place it behind the windscreen. 👇

Join the lane

Drive up to the first barrier and scan your ticket as shown in the photo.

Then follow the signs.

The route map and photos are shown below.

Drive up to the second barrier and scan your ticket again.

Turn around, then join the lane shown on your ticket.

Ferry

Staff direct vehicles into lanes as they board the ferry.

After boarding, connect the refrigerated unit to a power socket if needed.

After boarding, remember to set the tachograph to ferry mode.

Then go up to your cabin.

The deck number matches the first digit of your cabin number.

For example:

Cabin 7050 — deck 7

Cabin 8020 — deck 8

Meals on the ferry

If breakfast, lunch or dinner was not included in your booking, you can eat at the ferry restaurant.

You can buy a meal separately with your ticket for €12.

Choose whichever food you prefer.
