Parking before the ferry
Drive to the car park. Coordinates: 54.331010, 10.176540.
Toilets, showers and a washing machine are available at the car park, where you can also take your rest break.

Bring with you:
passport;
CMR.
Go to the DFDS office. The electronic queue machine is on the right. Take a ticket and wait until your number appears on the display, then go to the indicated window.
At check-in you will receive:
a ticket showing the lane number where you must wait for loading;
a ticket/card for your cabin key and meals.
Join the lane
Drive up to the barrier.
The barrier opens automatically. Go to the lane number shown on your ticket and wait for loading to begin.
Port staff will invite you to drive onto the ferry.
Boarding the ferry
Park the truck where the ferry staff direct you.
⚠️ Remember to set the tachograph to ferry mode.
You will not be able to access the vehicle after departure, so take everything you need with you beforehand.
Go to the check-in desk on deck 9, where they will exchange your second sheet for the cabin key.
The ticket usually includes dinner, breakfast and lunch.
The cabin has a shower and toilet.
